Honey Vinegrette Dressing

I love me a homemade dressing, no additives or chemicals just pure yummy organic ingredients that taste amazing. I use Greek olive oil in my recipes but you can use any olive oil or avocado oil is great too. Switch up the flavor by changing the honey flavor from our collection of honey. I will list the ones I use for this simple dressing. I also make a large amount to use all week so I don't have to remake it every day to save time. I am all about quick 20-30 minute meals!

This dressing is not just for salads; it makes a great marinade or glaze.

You will need an 8-oz mason jar or dressing container for this recipe.

Ingredients:

4 oz of Olive Oil

1 Whole Lemon Juiced (or orange for sweeter dressing) or Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Teaspoon of Spiced Brown Mustard

1 Tablespoon of Lemon Thyme Raw Honey or (lemon ginger honey, Vanilla Citrus honey, Garlic honey, Jalapeno honey, Cold buster(lemon, ginger, thyme, oregano) honey, Tropical honey, Cayenne honey,

1/2 Teaspoon of Sea Salt or Pink Himalayan

1/2 teaspoon of Cracked Black Pepper

1 Teaspoon of fresh herbs, dill, basil, chives, parsley, oregano, thyme, cilantro, whatever flavor profile you want. You can used dried 1/2 teaspoon instead of a whole teaspoon.

You can also add a garlic clove and chives or shallots.

Make it your own you can do a smokey cajun as well using smoked paprika, cayenne, garlic, cumin, chili poweder, onion.

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a mason jar or dressing jar and shake until combined.

Refridgerate for one to two hours or over night for best flavor.

Pour over your favorite salad, to any protein for a marinade.
