There is a ritual that goes along with drinking tea. It brings a soothing, calming energy when sipping a hot herbal tea. Tea brings about the immediate therapeutic benefits of the herb.

This tea is like a warm comfortable sweater on a cold day. Organic black English tea, orange, cinnamon and clove spices warms you from the inside out.
¼ teaspoon in 8 oz hot water. Steep for 3-5 minutes covered.

Elderflower, calendula, organic green trea.
May relieve hayfever symptoms runny nose, itchy watery eyes. May prevent sinus infection.
Suggested dose ¼ teaspoon in 8 oz hot water 3 x a day.
